We guarantee safe delivery of your print order. All orders are shipped within 3 working days of receipt of your order. If the order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements to replace it.
If you are unhappy with the prints you receive, you may return them in good condition and securely packaged, within 30 days (buyer pays return shipping) for a full refund of the original purchase cost.

You may cancel your order within 24hrs of the completed transaction. After 24hrs, please contact us via our Contact page to determine if the order has been processed and/or shipped, which will determine whether the order can be cancelled. (Shipped orders cannot be cancelled, and certain print orders cannot be cancelled once the printing process has begun.)
